Refund Policy

The AI Method does not offer refunds. We have replaced the refund with the easiest cancellation we could build.

How cancellation works

1. Sign in and go to your account page.
2. Click Manage subscription.
3. Click cancel in the Stripe Customer Portal.
4. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
5. You are never charged again.

Why no refunds

Refund processing creates fraud and dispute overhead that ultimately raises the price for everyone. By making cancellation instant and frictionless, we give you the same protection without the overhead.

Exceptions

If you were billed in error (e.g. duplicate charge), email hello@the-ai-method.com and we will reverse the duplicate within five business days.
